While Trump tweeted something with "smocking gun" around the time this pic went viral, I don't think it's him.
I managed to find the blog/site where the pic was from, and there was a much clearer pic of him standing where you could see that it's not Podesta.
Unfortunately, I don't have it handy, and I don't know if I saved it at all (this was years ago).
