I think they'll do a loss leader strategy, they'll be incredible generous at the start to capture a playerbase, then they'll ramp up powercreep, dupes requirements and other stuff. Similar to how infinity nikki did becoming suddenly more predatory once they captured a market. But if they don't I hope it proves that gacha can make so f2p can get every character and still thrive so kuro is forced to listen.
