I think they had something cooking for weeks, if not months. Nobody arranges a meeting this early, and I think the Israeli government likely plays a part in it. I doubt Putin will cuck out and betray his allies, but he'll reach some deal with Trump that might not be even directly related to Ukraine. Keep in mind, the Americans want Bulgaria's gas infrastructure to be expanded. wink wink
