I present to you Gundress, a movie with character designs by Shirow Masamune, that was actually released in theaters with several scenes unfinished, like this one:

And believe it or not, even this movie doesn’t deserve a 1/10, because it still has some merits. A true 1/10 is something like Hametsu no Mars: a piece of trash that not only looks like ass, but has nothing to say and is, overall, a monumental waste of everyone's time.
