I am 6 ft I have always been decently athletic but had to put in about 12 years of consistent diet and very hard and well though out training to get to 17 inch arms, decent back, chest and shoulders and reach milestones like a 320lb bench a 500lb back squat and a 550lb deadlift at 205 and around 17% bodyfat.
My wife on the otherhand is 6'1 and is half bantu half not bantu tribal admixture from east africa. Her dad is 6 foot 7 and all her brothers are about 6'4. They have very west African looks because of their paternal lineage.
Anyway she was super duper skinny everywhere but her ass and thighs when we met, never trained, never ran, works an office job.
In 6 months she can do 15 deadhang chinups, she can backsquat 280lbs for a double and she can already deadlift 400lbs.
Her explosiveness is off the charts and she has added a shit tonne of size all over but her glutes that were already enormous and now 3 inches bigger measured around ass and the hips.
I always knew genetics were very important but it seems like its about 95% of the entire thing.
Shes got abs, while existing on a diet of fried plantain, fatty meats eaten in sauces with spinach and onions and maize flour amde into ugali. She eats an entire tub of ben and jerrys about 3-4 times a week and she drinks full sugar coke daily.
Her youngest brother came ot visit recently, he does nothing but play on his switch and ear candy and hes permanently ripped and has already been scouted by a football club from Europe.
At a family holiday my pale white family and her dark insanely tall family were all sat around eating and chatting and it was like watching two different classes of humans who if put into survival mode in the wild, one would have insane advantages over the other.
And my family are all taller than average and more atheltic on average than the average white person.
Truly blackpilling.
