I just tend to slip into it, I think it might be partly genetic. It'll maybe sort itself out as well eventually. Hopefully. If not I'll start taking melatonin at a (more) sensible time and hope for the best.

It depends on your skin/hair type. Also I could not imagine doing it somewhere as humid as it is here.
Incidentally I saw a video saying deodorant was a scam a few months ago. The comments rightly called him stinky.
