It is clear that feminized males with high intelligence is a natural part of the human species. Ancient cultures often used this population as a form of priest or shaman class, while modern society uses them as a sort of Mentat, incorporating them as an essential part of our modern telecommunications infrastructure.
The great question of our time is what to do with this population. Culling them is a fruitless endeavor, as this phenomenon is biological in nature. Oppressing them and preventing them from expressing themselves would be a waste of talent, as many of them find employment to solely fund their surgeries and lifestyle and would live as NEETs otherwise.
