A lot more powerful than base Multiverse's incredibly disappointing Rebel Flagship, but if you get bad rolls you will get mulched because you have practically zero defense. It'd be kinda funny for the pride of an ancient fleet to get punked right out of the starting gate by some level 2 shitter with a couple drones.
