A missile that's super fast and virtually impossible to shoot down is actually meaningless if you can't target to within 5m and carry specialized warheads; Iran can't do the last two parts (and for that matter, neither can pretty much anyone else that we know of).

This is no better strategically than V2 rockets randomly blasting apartment buildings in London.
