my mother is Polish but i wont speak ill of her. She took us to Poland multiple times and they dont salt their food for some reason. It was the blandest food ive ever eaten. As a vegetarian there are almost no good dishes i would say. when i still ate meat i didnt rate most Polish food anyway, pierogi are a really mediocre form of stuffed/filled dumplings imho. Also their cutlets are really bad.
