Matt and Trey have become the epitome of Hollywood Jews with so much power/capital and wealth they can do whatever they want. They've fucked over numerous streaming networks, deliberately breaking their contracts and still walking away with millions of dollars while producing bare minion slop.

They have so much money they can afford to buy out a failed restaurant borderline resort, rebuild it and keep it open at a net loss solely because they can. And a reminder that up until recently these guys were working a per week basis for episodes and then took the rest of the year off. Granted the documentary did show how stressful and hard that was but fucking still. Its only until they signed those streaming deals and realized they would have to work outside their stoner college schedule did things start getting pull.
