Webm for lazys, amd relive (shadowplay might work too) with av1 encoding for the replay, keep the webm height between 350-550p, enable high quality mode AND Vp9 encoding (important), set the filesize limit to 3.9 mb. If you're going to make webms above ~30 seconds they need to have a similar color palette across the entire video otherwise they will look like shit. Because of the way webms work, any scene that has loads of flashing effects will always look blurry unless you up the filesize which 4chan doesn't allow
