They do not know who is actually a threat and who is just calling people Nigger on the internet for lulz. Because they believe the Venn diagram of terrorist and someone who says “faggot” is a circle but they don’t have to LEO resources to filter and parse all the intel and potential leads they receive. The psyop is designed to make you stop using bad words and discussing wrong think so that the only people left doing it would be the ultra real baddies and they can direct resources more efficiently.
