I just run until my hr gets where I want it for the run and keep it there lol

Although I guess I kind of went a bit harder at the end here to see if I could do a better 5k time.

I have noticed sometimes maybe when it's colder you definitely need to warm up. Even saw HR just go down for the same speed once although it could have been due to wind coming from the back or sth. Was around the 3km mark I think?


I just count it all because I tend to go relatively fast for the HR anyway so it looks good to the garmin.
