Let me put this clear, it's not so much the fault of the women who use those apps (though many, many of them are, in fact, very rotten) but of the companies behind them that have monetary incentives to not match you up with anyone so you'll pay for their premium or whatever the fuck.
But it's also a self-solving problem, and pretty liberating once you realize it: the women who live and breathe in those apps (social media in general, really) filter themselves out for you. They're not interested in (You), but in (You)r attention. They will never fuck you, they're just stringing you along and manipulating their "audience" because it's like a drug to them.
Put down your phone, turn off your PC, and go outside. Take a walk on the beach, a stroll in the park, spend some time in the mall, community centers, wherever. If you're in college, try to get to know your classmates and other students. Then you'll find people actually worth talking to.
