Depends on what Goji gets
Hulk probably takes stats due to decades of marvel powercreep but if it's composite goji he's got immortality+regen from shin's pieces of himself flying off and turning into more goji (mentioned in the movie, shown in scenes deleted due to being too disturbing) so even damaging him lets him return even if he'd lose by taking too long. Combined with some of the more speedy godzilla regen feats in a composite he might just keep going forever.
