Can I humbly request some global information? The GLB resources honestly suck ass. How am I meant to raise horses with 1000+ in two stats without tearing my hair out? Do I need my own horse with 9* worth of inheritances to do this?

I've been able to consistently aim for a statline of 1100/600/600/300/500 since the abundance of good speed cards makes it easy but I've got no idea how to aim for higher.
