It's actually false advertisement to claim 30% for the other Stunners. It's effectively a lower percentage for anyone who isn't Jufufu, due to inactivity of disc bonus.
(yes, it's better than Shockstar, but people are engaging in false advertisement if they imply the disc set is equally good on all stunners)
