the disrespect of having both NY football teams keep the name in New Jersey but the single NJ basketball team lose the name in the very edge of NY is crazy.
& IIRC the assistant coaches from that era (Eddie Jordan & Mike O'Koren) both ended up as coaches at Rutgers later on and got canned too.
