I've already said you have culture but you simply don't have high class aristocratic culture.
You never had aristocratic elite ruling over you but Europeans view the stuff you call your culture as white trash garbage.
For me most based usa culture is southern redneck culture which sounds as the most fun because I'm born very rural too and did lots of stuff your rednecks do too.
