The game soft launched for the global server this week, so it's not entirely "finished", like an early access game. That's probably why, I suppose. But regardless of that, it has other finished things that are interesting and different from the standard mihoyo model that everyone imitates, for example. It's a gacha that deserves more popularity. The devs probably soft launched it to raise more money to fund the game. They're even planning to put english dubbing as things progress.
