this is what bunker buster damage looks like. I don't think the footage we have indicates the MOPs were used. I could be wrong but the impacts don't line up for one thing, and even if they were used, I don't believe you could penetrate the facility. It looks pretty much untouched with no sign that the guts got blown up.
