Because nobody cares about the art style. People just want a sandbox tacticool game where you can mod in anything. Literally no game does this, the same way Skyrim is literally the only sandbox fantasy game in existence for some reason.
Before you say Stalker or Arma, no it's not the same. You are still playing Stalker or Arma.
