Lots a vram. I'm using an alienware laptop with an nvidia 3080ti on 16 gb of vram and I can generate things just fine. I can barely do video but that mostly me being too lazy to properly install a separate comfyui just for sage attention.
And it goes without saying, but you'll want a lot of disk space as well. Checkpoints and loras as well as generating pics and vids and add up over time, especially with civitai purging loras they dont want to be associated with.
