I think captain ginyu and dodoria are the biggest offenders. Ginyu looks like a toddler in an oversized costume and dodoria is like 200lbs underweight. Also lots of the DBS characters just don't match dragon ball style at all, most notably Bergamo, if they'd just draw him in DBZ style like pic related he'd be fine but he instead looks like a looney toons character and very out of place.
