Personal opinion, but they're not that interesting. You're just sitting on the beach, maybe with some planned activity or nightlife, but you can do that anywhere. Even having company doesn't improve it.
I'd much rather go to a culturally rich place like Japan or Europe, or an something you can't get elsewhere like an African safari.
