ghostfucker anon here. I'm aware and have taken a lot of those. (niacin flush is great). I'm aware of why bioavailability matters as well. My coomer and lucid dreaming stack had some overlap but I also had some success with stuff like Mugwort and oddly enough beta blockers. Sleeping on beta blockers would allow me to have full on conversations with these beings while hypnagogic
Honestly though it seems like the gold standard is stuff that affects AChE but I've yet to try those. I have a hunch that GABA antagonism and Glutamate also play a roll in night terrors but I don't know enough about such things to say either way.
Haven't taken anything in months though. When I have some disposable cash I'll make a thread on /x/ trying novel things since my body is back to baseline and I'm willing to take the risk
