turns out she has this disease where her internal organs rot and disolve
there was nothing i could do - i had a few spare organs harvested from raiders, but not enough
all organs were on "extreme" level of degradation, and it was a matter of hours when i got a quest offer
vampries wanted to use my base as a meeting place, and were willing to infect a single colonist with vampirism as a reward
damn! she had only a few hours left to live, with one kidney left
now i have time to harvest more organs and research into artificial replacements
