i would personally pick a 90%-there ai gen that is sharp and clean, and shows exactly the right image i want the ai to learn from (but has some random flaws), than a blurry 100% accurate low res real pic. either way it wont learn perfectly unless you train for like 1000 epochs and by then it'll burn in anyway. it's not like image gen models generate anything at 100%
