Well for Trish suffering the most in E3, I can kinda see it. She ruined all her friendships trying to win Fang back after the whole debacle. So she was utterly alone in the end and knew it was all her fault which likely broke her. Like, in E1, she'd probably be a screaming Twitch SJW or something, but she would be living for something even if it's only to hate on Anon and humans. E3? She's probably just given up hope and will live and die in her family apartment.

I dunno. That's just a guess though.
