You hold the .app out. Squid reaches out to take the file, but you whip it back at the last second.

"Just- just be careful with it, okay? It's really precious to me."

"I will, I will! Don't worry. I wouldn't damage any of these. My own book is in there!"

She begins loading it into the Virtual Machine. Phascomon is paying close attention to the filenames and tapping his chin in thought.

"I don't know nothing about no fruits. But this smells suspicious."

"Yeah, tell me about it!"

ToyAgumon joins Squid in inputting lines of code. You watch as your book appears next to the other two, and wires slowly descend to interface with it. Wind clears his throat to get your attention once more.

"That's all we wanted to share with you. You're welcome to stay for a bit, have some coffee upstairs or whatever. I'll let you know when we have a concrete plan that you need to be roped in on."

"Sounds good."

You think about your schedule for the rest of the day. You're not in a rush, so you can always go to the sewers tomorrow. While you're here, you might as well talk to some of the other Dogs of War, or ask Wind to help out with your training plan. Phascomon may have reached the same stage as Kaus Gammamon, but the latter has been practicing for far longer. You could use a second opinion.

"Hey, there's something else. Are you free to walk me through how you did Kaus Gammamon's training?"

"Sure. Let's leave Squid to her work."

"Oh, what?! Come on!" Phascomon cries, clearly recalling how rough that holodeck training session was.

"Don't worry, I just want to know about their methods. We didn't come here to work you to the bone today."

Phascomon sighs in relief. Wind lets out a muted chuckle, then motions for the lab exit.

"Marnie! I'll let you know as soon as I'm done!" Squid calls. You give her a thumbs up as you move to the meeting room.
