It's just demoralization.
Once upon a time this board was pro-White and unshamed. In order to quell that sentiment and any grass roots uprising of White people, (((they))) shut it down by leaning on putting the worst examples of White women they can find and making young Whites feel hopeless while encouraging non-Whites, who are jealous and bitter for not getting White female attention, to constantly attack them.
