The problem with these "gentle engineers" is that they're weak, agreeable men. They are afraid of conflict, they seek consensus, they don't speak their minds honestly and they enable feminism. Part of the reason why Britain is overrun with rapefugees and niggers is because of weak men. Perhaps the more of them that die off and don't breed the better.
