This post is almost certainly not in good faith since we're on a chinese basket weaving forum but it just means you don't feel comfortable as just a man or just a woman. It's an umbrella term for anything people feel they are outside or inbetween.
It's hard to understand if you haven't experienced it. If you ask someone individual, they might be able to explain their experience to you.
