I hope that silhouette a few pages after this one isn't the brown girl's ugly fuzzy monster form with a monstrous face that will enable the MC to kill her without evoking audience sympathy in 2-3 chapters. She is an unapologetic murderer. But it's also ambiguous whether it's just stylization.
