Jews (tribe of Judah) are Israelites, but not all Israelites are jews. God's promise to Abraham passed from Abraham to Isaac to Jacob/Israel, who passed it to his 12 sons/grandsons. In the last chapter of Genesis, Israel outlines what will happen to each tribe (spoiler: jews don't win in the end).

then when you look at history and the people around at the time you'd find white europeans were in the levant, then after the state of ancient israel was invaded they moved up into europe and this was the exact same time that huge advancements in europe started, this was just a group of white people that migrated into the middleast migrating back up into europe
