I know a zoomer who just graduated from HS and he still can't
-drive a car (his mother does it)
-rinse the sink after brushing teeth (his mother does it)
-understand how to use a dishwasher (his mother does it)
-prepare food (his mother does it)
-purchase groceries (his mother does it)
-purchase even the most trivial snacks (his mother does it)
-put away food after eating only some of it (his mother does it)
-understand the necessity of cleaning dishes (his mother does it)
-understand how to operate a laundry machine
-remember appointments (his mother takes care of that)
so it is not surprising to me in the least bit that zoomers believe watches are a silly millennial fashion affectation done for arcane virtue-signaling purposes, like those foot-things (shoes) or those head-things (hats) or those door-things (keys), it would not surprise me if everyone over 30 disappeared tomorrow, the remaining zoomers would have a mass die-off and perhaps 15-20% of them would still be alive six months later
