Wind invites you to take the same room as last time. You’re able to stay in the base while preparing for this brand new quest. It’s scheduled to be in a couple weeks, so there are plenty of prep sessions and practice initiatives you’re required to take part in.
Some of these prep options include basic combat training, scenario tests, talking with Doc, making sure Wind understands just how dangerous Network Diving is, and doing practice jumps through the network. You’ll be covering all of these in your free time. While you’re here, there are also some extra initiatives you might want to spend your time on.
>Get to know the Digimon tamers. You don’t think you have the time to properly befriend them, but you don’t even know most of their names yet. Now that you’ll be working with them directly, you should make an effort.
>You’re going to be doing Champion-level combat training. However, you’re wary of the partition size limitations. Have Phascomon put in extra effort to do Rookie training, so you won’t be relying exclusively on the larger form.
>Further discuss the plan with Squid and develop your own countermeasures. You’re most concerned with the DMIA risk, but you also need to make sure your encryption is up to par. Being disguised constantly doesn’t mean you get an unbreakable VPN, and it could still fail inside, so you want to place extra effort into mitigation.
