I do wonder if this was just a falseflag with some anon having a little giggle about it like that one time 4chan and tumblr got into a spat and it later turned out the dudes "starting shit" against 4chan on tumblr were themselves 4channers
then again it has happened too often that ziggers inadvertantly exposed themselves as kneegrows, pajeets or chicoms when e.g. posting screencaps showing themselves logged in with visible profile picture or findable via referencing mutual post reactions that were visible in the screenshot
if that sounds oddly specific then I am confirming it was exactly what it sounded like
