There were a good amount of unofficial/aftermarket ones in 2016 and Idk if that's changed or not but I used to buy them at Trump rallies.

They're usually cheap and the guy has been posting anti-Trump content since at least April.

Ok anon I'll explain this a little better for you.

Vance wasn't in the Senate in a timely manner. The Majority Leader acts as the effective leader of the Senate (equivalent to the Speaker) without the Vice President, and the President pro tempore is a largely ceremonial position. As a result, John Thune accepted all of the Parliamentarian's decisions permanently and Vance wasn't able to overrule him quickly enough. This necessitated revision of the provisions anyway, so we needed to effectively change the bill again and then vote on it again, which would delay its passage; its passage was increasingly an emergency. Also think of the fact that there were needs to manage this in terms of optics. We would've needed to effectively hold an additional vote on an amended bill in the House, and then the Parliamentarian would strike down our revised bill, and then we'd have to fire her using the fact she was obstructing the reconciliation of differences as a pretext. Now the Senate would have to amend the bill *again* and this time we could do much of what we want again, but this ultimately means we add about four more legislative votes which would delay the bill's passage for weeks. Otherwise, firing the Parliamentarian itself without proper preparation and pretext is a bit of a political landmine.

We should pass another reconciliation bill next year and fire her in order to pass it. She's a complete partisan hack and she has to go.
