The cast is off~~~!

The feeling of freedom is amazing!!!

Now I can basically do rehab throughout my daily life!

I can even soak in the bathtub again
This is the best!!!

I’ll do my best to get my elbow moving again,
even just a little, before the Hokkaido tour
