The word you're looking for is virilization. Their bodies are more masculine in a chemical sense due to extended steroid use. The skin on their faces gets drier over time and they get that craggy John Wayne look.

The reason they all eventually become bimbos over time is they try to fight this with filler, Botox, etc. but just become more inhuman looking.
