For me it was the contrary
>get a 10/5 job
>weekends feel more fulfilling
>now I am more selective about the games I play
>all of them end up being absolute bangers
>when I feel like I'm not as tired, play a few hours of a game or so, end up going to sleep less stressed out
It's great. Only bad thing I can say it's that I have to trade my gayman hours for cert studying hours if I want to make my manager happy.
