I wo like to nominate the entire cast of Windbreaker. Imagine an anime where not a single character is canonically gay, but literally single scene of male on male interaction is seeping with gay, homo, brolust, faggo sexual tension and energy. That's Windbreaker, the gayest thing I've watched all year in a season stacked with gaybait anime.
