Confessing my feelings to Grunt.

Why does Wrex refer to himself as "Uncle Wrex" during the Citadel DLC? I don't remember appointing him to be the best man at Grunt's and my wedding. How did he even know I planned on proposing to him, were my advances on Tuchanka that obvious?
