The extent of a computer figuring out what's wrong with itself comes down to a blue screen that says 'OOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG :(' with no other information.
I don't forsee an AI going to grandma's house either to figure out the best place to put a starlink dish or climbing on a ladder.
Computers are even so retarded that if you put the wrong class SD card in a tablet, it won't work and won't even tell you why. I also doubt an AI could walk someone through a new computer setup.
I could think of dozens of examples on a day to day basis.
