They never found a trace of her despite Mustang funding countless investigations with ACPU and other backchannels to locate her and the only thing they found of Pretty was her Dress that Mustang keeps to this day. He intends to bequeath the dress to the Next Star of the Ark which is shaping up to be Anis. Neon learned that Pretty's disappearance wasn't on her own terms and she was coerced by someone else and headlines the investigation with her Super Vision Power and is aided by Exotic. Viper is shocked at this news and mentions that she used to be a prospect for T.T. Star but couldn't make the cut and she spent most of her money and burned her bridges trying to earn a spot as an idol which jaded her and bankrupted her leading to her life of crime working with Exotic. This is why Viper is co-operating with Neon because she is invested in the past of T.T. Star too.
The last thing we see before the chapter ends is Liveryn leaving a building with a giant "P" on it, which stand for Pretty and Neon and co. decide to storm the building and rescue her before the chapter just ends.
