Something I recommend to keep in mind when glamouring for MNK is "is this too restrictive/heavy to allow for effective punches or kicks." Granted you play roe so there's more freedom there, but I've found that lighter gear helps my autism when it comes to job fantasy/"feel". Also don't be afraid to cheat and use the artifact gear. Some of it's pretty good.
