Another Kara scenario I've thought of is Brainiac using Kryptonian technology to send Kara back in time to kill Clark while he is weak and just discovering his powers.
When she finds him she doesn't know he's Superman, he shows her around since she seems lost, and she lets him guide her because she thinks he's cute like what happened with Jimmy.
Eventually she finds out who he is when he accidentally uses his powers around her, she immediately tries to kill him, with Clark barely dodging her attacks since she doesn't think she has to try too hard as he's a child. Clark eventually traps her by restraining her with something wielded by heat vision. Since the time travel was one way Brainiac can't control her, leading to Clark being able to talk her down.
Eventually she falls in love with her little cousin, she was never taught about the taboo of incest so she claims the young Kent and cousin as her mate, leading to Super /ss/
She keeps the cool suit because she never publicly used it for evil so she keeps the better suit from MAWS.
