I am a Muslim and this happens in the USA as well. People break into the homes of Muslims to murder them.

Look at these people who call for lawless murder of Muslims for simply existing and tell me who is civilized.

I don't use drugs or alcohol. I get my inner peace from praying Salat. Muslims are obligated to pray multiple times a day, every day, in full prostration. It involves reciting dozens of prayers every time, including memorized verses from the Koran, and is mandatory to be considered a Muslim.

It requires falling on your hands and knees and praising the Lord, begging for His mercy. It is very humbling and brings a lot of inner peace. Salat keeps me in a sublime state of mind, it absolves the need for intoxicants and prevents negative emotions from spiraling out into sin.

That is why I find it easy to stay sober 24/7 for the rest of my life. An intense habit of prayer. The feeling after Salat is incredibly peaceful and I recommend it to every human being on Earth.
